How do you keep your blog readers interested, after indulging in a political rant?

By posting pictures of puppies, of course!

It's hard for my 40-something brain to remember names of famous scientists that early in the morning!

As you can see, though, no matter her name…she is bringing us great joy!

In case you can't tell…he adores her…

and would eat her up, if we let him…sorry for the blurry action shot.  My brother had to move quickly to catch this almost-puppy-paw munch – with his Blackberry, no less!

Many thanks to Mr. Mark and Mrs. Sonja for Isaac's new friend!

I hope y'all have a restful weekend.

We probably won't, but it will all be worth it when this potty/kennel training is behind us.  And even if we aren't well rested, we will be more health-ful due to the laughter!!!

🙂

Blessings,

Alesha

  1. I’m sure she will too, Linda…at least, for her sake, I hope so! 🙂 Thanks so much for the comment…welcome to my blog! 😉

  2. I do too, Corin. We’re going to try very hard to see that they bond. It’s not easy…if you think of anything that might help, that would be good. 🙂

  3. Ooooh! She is just SOOOO cute! Isaac looks so thrilled with her!
Labs are just the best, they just are. The first three years can be crazy, but then they’re just perfect!

  4. Ditto what Dani said. And ditto what Corin said, too. She’s a beautiful puppy, and she and Isaac will be great friends. Give her time to mature, though, because labs are “puppies” for a long time. Smart dogs, though, and SO worth the effort.

  5. three…YEARS, Dani??? surely you did not say “years”?!! ;o)
we do know that…I’m just teasing. we were told they don’t even start training dogs for the circus until they are over 3 years old. I don’t know if it’s true or not…just one of those things people say.

  6. isn’t she beautiful, Cheryl? she is from a black lab sire and and golden lab dame (I think that’s the right term). our labradoodle is having some adjustment issues…hopefully they will work those out eventually. we are trying not to take sides, except if we think she’s in danger of being chomped. ;o)
